The personal information that Organoid Sciences collects from you helps Organoid Sciences to:
select and evaluate candidates for recruitment purposes;
conduct reference and/or background checks on you;
contact you about your application;
administer salary if you are recruited;
perform data analyses in connection with the purposes above;
where applicable, comply with legal or regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction in which the job vacancy is located.
Access to, use of and other handling of your personal information by Organoid Sciences will be limited to individuals who have a need to know the information, and only for the purposes described in this Notice.
Period of retention and use of personal information
The Company uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information provided by users from accidental, illegal, unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
The company will retain users’ personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes and retention obligations specified in this notice.
